Once a project has begun and resources have been allocated, refunds may not be possible.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivered, they are non-refundable.
If you experience any technical issue, we will provide support to resolve it.
Custom Work:
Payments for customized solutions, development, or marketing services are non-refundable after delivery.
If the service has not yet started, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 business days of payment.
