At Zevoclick LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to provide high-quality digital services. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund terms below:

  1. Service-Based Refunds:

    • Refunds are only applicable if services have not yet started.

    • Once a project has begun and resources have been allocated, refunds may not be possible.

  2. Digital Products:

    • Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivered, they are non-refundable.

    • If you experience any technical issue, we will provide support to resolve it.

  3. Custom Work:

    • Payments for customized solutions, development, or marketing services are non-refundable after delivery.

    • If the service has not yet started, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 business days of payment.

  4. How to Request a Refund:

    • Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond accordingly.
